Job Description

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s online store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure smooth integration between the physical store and online retail system.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report on trends.

Product Management:

  • Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and presentation.
  • Work on product categorization, SEO-friendly product descriptions, and quality images to enhance product visibility.

Customer Experience:

  • Improve the user experience of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless browsing, purchasing, and post-purchase experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback on the e-commerce platform and suggest improvements based on insights.

Inventory & Order Management:

  • Oversee the stock management system, ensuring online orders are processed efficiently and inventory is tracked accurately across both online and physical stores.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute online campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
  • Help analyze data from online promotions, sales performance, and customer behavior to support the development of marketing strategies.

Store Experience Integration:

  • Leverage your experience from physical store operations to enhance online shopping experience by integrating best practices from the store environment.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, customer service, and promotions between online and offline platforms.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Analyze e-commerce metrics to track sales, conversion rates, and website performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with insights and action plans for growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital retail, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with store operations (physical retail) and how it integrates with e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Skills

  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • E-Commerce management and digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
