Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. As part of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in building and implementing digital strategies to promote our healthcare services, drive patient engagement, and increase the online presence of our healthcare brand.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies for healthcare services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive brand awareness, engage patients, and promote services. Create and schedule content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop creative content (blogs, social media posts, articles, videos) related to healthcare topics to engage and educate patients while adhering to healthcare industry guidelines.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve the visibility and ranking of healthcare services on search engines.
  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to increase patient acquisition and drive online appointments.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation. Regularly report results to the senior management and suggest improvements.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns targeting both existing and potential patients, providing valuable healthcare information and service updates.
  • Develop strategies to drive patient engagement through online channels, ensuring seamless patient journeys from digital touchpoints to healthcare services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and website performance tracking.
  • Experience with healthcare-related content and the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations regarding advertising and marketing practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
