Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented PPC Specialist with experience in the USA market. The ideal candidate will manage our PPC campaigns, planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search engine marketing efforts across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. This role demands a deep understanding of PPC strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing. If you do not have experience in the USA market, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

- Develop PPC campaigns strategies based on business goals and market trends.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.

- Set up and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).

2. Campaign Optimization and Management:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.

- Implement best practices for bid management and budget allocation.

3. Keyword Research and Analysis:

- Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

- Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.

5. Campaign Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure campaigns comply with PPC advertising guidelines and best practices.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain campaign health and quality score.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Creative) to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on campaign performance, goals, and optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role managing PPC campaigns.

- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor) and analytics platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- Certification in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads is preferred.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
