• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electrical systems, including identifying root causes of faults.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment compliance with safety standards.
• Test electrical systems and components to guarantee functionality and safety
• Supervise and guide a team of electricians and technicians in performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed maintenance and troubleshooting reports for management.
• Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local and international safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and participate in risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, specifically in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and equipment.
• Proficient in report preparation and technical documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Requirements
