Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support for product/service-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and manage follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer support or similar roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
