Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Visas and Tours Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, understanding their travel needs, and effectively converting leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our travel packages, and visa processing services, showcasing the value we bring to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in travel services and provide detailed information about our visa processing services.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' travel requirements, destinations, and specific visa needs. Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy appointment procedures, and travel-related information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and overcome objections to convert leads into sales. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through the required documentation process for visa applications, providing assistance and clarity on necessary paperwork.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including the customer experience and visa processing teams, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Two years experience in customer sales preferably in the travel or visa services industry. Candidates with call center experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and embassy procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
