The ideal candidate will exhibit a readiness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training focused on the intricacies of the international education admissions process and possess a genuine passion for guiding students toward their academic aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Engage with students, universities, and other relevant stakeholders through various channels such as email, phone, and video conferencing.
• Application Assistance: Aid students in navigating the application process, which includes form completion, document preparation, and timely submission of applications.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on universities, exploring their admission requirements and academic programs to provide informed guidance to prospective students.
• Application Oversight: Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of all applications.
• Record Management: Maintain and manage student records, ensuring strict adherence to relevant data protection laws and regulations.
• Support and Guidance: Offer comprehensive support and guidance to students and their families throughout the entirety of the application process.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in a similar role or within the international education sector.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
