Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and help clients leverage Odoo ERP solutions to optimize their business operations. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will analyze business needs, configure Odoo applications, and provide support throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify requirements, and define system specifications.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure Odoo applications to align with client needs, ensuring solutions meet both functional and business requirements.
  • Implementation and Testing: Oversee the implementation and testing of Odoo modules to ensure smooth integration and functionality across systems.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, offering guidance to help them effectively utilize Odoo solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and client requirements for future reference.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and identify areas for process optimization within client operations, recommending best practices using Odoo functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, including developers and system administrators, to implement and support customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+month of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation role.
  • Odoo Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map business processes and configure appropriate solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Preferred Skills: Odoo certification, experience with ERP implementations, and familiarity with business process improvement practices.
