Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Officer for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Organize and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and system entries.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and manage work shift scheduling.
  • Collaborate with department heads on recruitment and onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees for HR matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.

Salary: 60k to 70k

Location: Shahrah E Faisal Karachi.

Timings: 10:00am to 07:00pm

Working Days: Mon to Sat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
