We are seeking Product Manager, Responsible for planning and executing new product launches to market through the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to define the product vision. The Product Manger works closely with the Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure design, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring products support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

- Looking for someone with strong product management background and enterprise apps on Salesforce, Microsoft, Appian or any other low code platform
- Building apps across HR, business process and IT workflows in retail, insurance and healthcare verticals
- Need to own and manage product marketing, product management including roadmaps
- Work closely with ServiceNow store team, store marketing, partner management etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolves issues, while identifying opportunities, for product category, including technical and product-related support for internal and external customers
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
- Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies
- Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
- Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return on investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develops core positioning and strategy of product category
- Acts as subject matter expert for product category, including product composition, installation and competition
- Briefs and trains sales force, including product support and troubleshooting
- Conducts field tests and conducts early stage product tests and samples
- Performs product demonstrations/presentations to customers and public tests and samples
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends within the ServiceNow ecosystem to continuously improve and innovate AI-powered applications.
- Identify new areas where AI can add value, proposing new applications and enhancing existing ones to keep pace with changing business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key use cases in various industries, where AI can drive automation, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
- Travel required on regular basis
- Creates and collaborates on documents. such as: Product Concept Document, Market Research Reports, Market Requirements Document, Product Definition Statements, Business Case, Profitability Analysis, Product Requirement Documents, Product Launch Plan, Product ROI Forecast, and others.
- Creates and maintains Product Development Schedule, Coordinates bi-weekly Product development meetings, and sets Target Launch Dates for new products.
- Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervisor/manager.
