Job Title: Project Engineer (Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Construction) to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in procurement and material management, ensuring resources are available as needed.
• Manage risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in construction project management or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction.
