Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

Job Summary: The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the pest control operations to ensure that services are executed in compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations. The role includes supervising technicians, managing customer relationships, ensuring quality control, and maintaining operational efficiency within the pest control department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision:
• Supervise a team of pest control technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks and ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee and monitor pest control operations, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control services.
• Maintain and inspect pest control equipment and ensure they are properly calibrated, maintained, and cleaned.
• Customer Service:
• Act as a liaison between customers and the pest control team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for pest control needs.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and the safe handling and use of pesticides and other pest control materials.
• Monitor and enforce environmental safety procedures to minimize impact on the environment.
• Maintain accurate records for pest control treatments, chemicals used, and safety protocols.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on pest control activities, incidents, and inspections.
• Keep inventory records of materials and chemicals, ordering supplies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, treatments, and services provided.
• Training and Development:
• Train new pest control technicians on proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Keep the team updated on industry best practices, safety regulations, and new technologies in pest control.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in pest management or a related field is preferred.
• Certification or licensing in pest control as per local/regional regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in pest control or a similar field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
