We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient transportation, inventory control, and warehouse management. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage logistics staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock levels.
• Continuously assess and improve logistics processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and maintaining precise records.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve logistical challenges, including delays, inventory discrepancies, and shipment issues.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, performance, and cost analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics operations.
• Train, mentor, and support logistics team members to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse, customer service) to ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the logistics team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• More than 3-year experience
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team effectively.
• Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and provide actionable insights for process improvements and cost reductions.
