We are looking For: SENIOR WAITRESS (Presentable appearance, highly experienced)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that dining area and tables are clean, tidy and ready.
• Greet and serve guests in the House, Majlis and dining area.
• Provide details and information about food, meal and beverages and take orders from guests.
• Communicate and coordinate the orders with the Barista, Coffee man or Kitchen.
• Ask guests if they have any allergies to food or drinks.
• Deliver food and beverages to the dining tables when prepared following the etiquette rules.
• Follow up and check that guests are satisfied with their food and drinks.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Comply with relevant health and safety regulation, customer service guidelines and act in line
• with company policies.
• Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• High school degree
• Previous working experience as a waitress for 2 years
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with all guests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Problem solving skills.
• Patience and active listening.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service skills

Visa & Medical Insurance: Provided

Note: The salary ranges from (5000-6000)but it is negotiable depending on appearance and experience. So, we will decide the final salary on that.
