We are looking for a talented and proactive female Business Developer with 1–2 years of proven experience in handling **Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. If you're skilled in generating leads and converting opportunities into long-term clients, join our team in **Johar Town, Lahore and contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain professional profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

- Identify potential clients, send proposals, and close deals effectively.

- Communicate with international clients professionally and build long-term business relationships.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.

- Monitor platform analytics to optimize profile visibility and performance.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong understanding of lead generation and online bidding strategies.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

- Basic understanding of digital services (design, development, marketing, etc.).

- Knowledge of client onboarding and CRM tools is a plus.
