We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity to manage our entire e-commerce operation and drive online sales growth.

Role Overview:

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our online store, from product listings to marketing strategies, to ensure a smooth and profitable operation. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and working closely with marketing, development, and customer service teams to align our e-commerce strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy and Operations:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales, enhance customer experience, and meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring that product listings, content, and promotions are up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize website navigation, product categorization, and UX/UI to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and optimize product listings (SEO, pricing, descriptions, images) to maximize sales and visibility on the website.

Digital Marketing and Traffic Growth:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC) to drive traffic to the e-commerce website.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and revenue) to improve performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for the e-commerce business and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies for optimizing product offerings, website design, and marketing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the e-commerce industry.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, product content, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient e-commerce operation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Sourcing Manager to ensure timely product availability and stock management.
  • Work with the Web Development Team to implement website updates, technical improvements, and new features.

Customer Experience and Retention:

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout and post-purchase support.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value, including loyalty programs, personalized offers, and regular engagement.
  • Respond to customer feedback and address issues to improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role with a track record of driving sales and managing online stores.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze key metrics and make strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
