
About the Role:
A reputable university in Dubai is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a university or college setting and must be available to join immediately.
This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of educational marketing, student recruitment campaigns, social media strategy, and event promotion tailored to both local and regional audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote academic programs and events.
- Develop bilingual content (Arabic & English) for social media, email, website, and printed materials.
- Coordinate student recruitment and outreach initiatives in collaboration with admissions.
- Manage university’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Liaise with media agencies, printers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a university or college environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with student recruitment cycles in the UAE/GCC.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
