Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data related to inventory, orders, and shipments. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and efficient record-keeping in our fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into the company’s database/system (ERP, Excel, or other software).
• Verify and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.
• Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Follow data integrity and security protocols to ensure confidentiality.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and admin teams to ensure timely data processing.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory software is a plus.

Salary: 45K to 55K (depending on experience)
