Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails (ROR) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using ROR. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products and processes
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
