We are looking for an experienced IBM Cloud Pak Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation and integration solutions for our enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging IBM technologies to drive innovation, streamline operations, and enable digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Automation (including Business Automation Workflow, RPA, Content Services, and Decision Automation).
• Guide clients in modernizing business operations by leveraging IBM’s automation and cloud-native tools.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align IBM automation tools with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable and secure IBM automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers on IBM best practices and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
• Deep hands-on expertise with IBM Cloud Pak for Automation and related components.
• IBM Certified Solution Architect - Cloud Pak for Automation (preferred).
• Demonstrated history as an IBM Contributor.
• Proficiency in designing automation solutions with IBM Business Automation Workflow, ODM, FileNet, and RPA.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and containerized deployments (OpenShift, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating IBM Cloud Pak with external systems via REST APIs or messaging platforms.
• Ability to drive pre-sales technical conversations and proof of concepts using IBM solutions.
• Participation in IBM communities or contributions to IBM developer resources.
