Full job description

• Oversee and executes assigned engineering activities such as detail design and optimization in term of costs processes within the steel fabrication
• Identifies production resource needs for the project and communicate these regularly to Procurement Department
• Controls, lead and manage production teams to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met
• Understands the full contractual scope of work, contract type and milestone schedules
• Keeps regular interaction with SITE TEAM and Main contractor team
• Preparing progress report for weekly meeting
• three (3) years minimum experience, in the Steel/Fabrication industry within UAE
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• With pleasant personality and good communication skills
