
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our food delivery business. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, marketing, and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., development, logistics, marketing, customer support) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and project reviews with stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks or issues during project execution and develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively address any deviations from the project plan, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project performance using key metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor costs and adjust allocations as necessary to ensure adherence to budget.
- Customer Experience Focus:
- Ensure that projects align with the customer journey, improving user experience and service delivery.
- Work with the customer service team to gather feedback and incorporate insights into future projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the food delivery, e-commerce, or related service industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of the food delivery industry and operational processes.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, and customer service in the food industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with food delivery platforms or mobile app development.
- Knowledge of data analytics and customer behavior analysis.
