Delta Gulf Oman based Company is looking for Project Manager You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are on track. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Lead the development of detailed project plans, ensuring clear timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
• Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a diverse team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and effective coordination.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee the financials of housing projects, ensuring that the project remains within budget, and implement cost control measures as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and local authorities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and complies with local building codes
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and budgets, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on the progress of housing projects, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps to senior management and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulations, local zoning laws, and environmental standards.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining project momentum.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum10+ years of experience managing housing projects + Commercial Projects
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong budget management and cost control experience.
• Hands-on experience with residential housing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong focus on quality control, safety standards, and project execution.
