The Botss is an AI Agency looking for a Technical Project Manager to work on-site in Gulistan e Johar Karachi.

Requirements:

• Must have at 3-6 months of experience in Technical Project Management
• Must have some experience as a developer/ AI engineer or Technical background.
• Proficient in project management tools like Notion, Jira, Slack, GitLab, Github, etc.
• Strong communication and proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 2 to 6 developers and multiple clients.
• Communicate with them to make sure the tasks are done on time.
• Submit the tasks to the client, receive their feedback, and work on this feedback to resolve any issue.
• Implement operational capabilities to provide monitoring, alerting, and on-call rotation within the teams.
• Ensure that client commitments are fulfilled per the terms of contractual agreements.
• Coordinate across co-dependent scrum teams in a multi-scrum team environment.
• Submit monthly or Bi-weekly invoices to the client and inform the Account manager about it.
• Attend daily scrum meetings with the client and their team.
• Be ready for an unexpected meeting from a client.

Job Details:

• Onsite: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
