We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Commercial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in commercial leasing and rental. You will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals across various commercial property sectors such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new commercial property listings across Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with current market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and property availability
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market (commercial or rental sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and presentable
