Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical Research Analysts to join our R&D team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, evaluating emerging trends, and generating strategic insights to support innovation and business growth. They will work on multiple research projects across various domains, utilizing data-driven research methodologies, competitive analysis, and technology exploration to drive informed decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for various R&D projects.
Identify innovation opportunities and assess their feasibility across different domains.
Evaluate and benchmark competitors strategies, products, and technologies.
Assist in developing research methodologies and frameworks for project-based data collection.
Prepare detailed reports, and presentations to support business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with multiple project goals.
Monitor advancements in technology, and business models relevant to ongoing research.
Engage in qualitative and quantitative research to assess new business opportunities.
Manage and organize research projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, research analytics or similar role..
Strong expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and research methodologies.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage research priorities effectively.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
Plus Point
Knowledge of AI-driven research tools.
Familiarity with innovation strategies and technology trends.
Exposure to market intelligence, consumer insights, and trend forecasting.
Ability to conduct scenario planning and predictive modeling for business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
