Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Collection Officer/Recovery Officer for our leading client. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships with customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with customers via calls, visits, and emails for overdue payments.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection efforts and payment statuses.
• Conduct field visits to assigned locations for overdue collections.
• Address customer queries and provide necessary information regarding outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolving disputes related to overdue amounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recovery processes.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in collections, recovery, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with the assigned geographical areas is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
