Job Description: Legal Audit Officer (Female)

Position: Legal Audit Officer

Age: 30 – 40 Years
Qualification: Law Graduate
Job Location: Near Wapda Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for accuracy, validity, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a compliance framework for the organization.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary for case reviews and legal opinions.
• Maintain organized records of all legal audits, findings, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align organizational operations with legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the organization.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of legal principles and practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and MS Office applications.

Experience:

• Previous experience in legal audits, corporate law, or compliance management is preferred.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
