Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for joinery, steel fabrication, and custom fabrication, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of fabricators and technicians, promoting safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and maintain smooth production flow.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure all necessary materials and tools are available for production.
• Enforce and promote safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain accurate records, produce reports on production progress, and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production supervisory role within a joinery, steel fabrication, or custom fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, machinery, and safety practices.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Experience with quality control and maintaining production standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
