Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation:
• Drive both light and heavy vehicles (as per licensing requirements) to transport Site materials, machinery, and goods, labours to and from sites.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Logistics & Delivery:
• Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of materials and equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading Material, ensuring that all goods are properly secured during transportation to prevent damage
• Route Planning & Coordination:
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize routes based on schedules and traffic conditions.
• Ensure all documentation, such as delivery notes and receipts, is accurately completed.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Comply with all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are fully insured and equipped with necessary safety tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean driving record and report any accidents, violations, or damages immediately.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports.
• Complete necessary paperwork for each trip, including delivery confirmations and invoices.
• Assist the logistics team with inventory management and tracking.
• Additional Duties:
• Perform minor maintenance or repairs on vehicles when needed, under guidance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
