RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct monthly Kaizen activities to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, downtime, and cost per unit.
• Perform time and motion studies, line balancing, and bottleneck analysis.
• Lead lean manufacturing and cost-reduction projects using tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Monitor and improve man-to-machine ratio and optimize resource allocation.
• Design and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure operator training.
• Support capacity planning, layout design, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production losses and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for labor and productivity metrics.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

03–05 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.

Strong knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Six Sigma).

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and IE software.

Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
