Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to assist in the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and reviewing electrical systems for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Support the team in electrical load calculations, circuit designs, and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Assist in site inspections and monitor electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assist in preparing project reports, cost estimates, and material specifications.
• Support procurement activities, including reviewing supplier quotations and coordinating material deliveries.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of electrical systems before project handover.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of electrical design principles and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, and other electrical design software.
• Basic understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications: EIT, FE, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
