• Research and analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in the indoor flower arrangement industry.
• Develop a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of potential clients, including corporate offices, hotels, event planners, and residential clients.
• Proactively reach out to new business prospects through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including interior designers, facilities managers, and event coordinators.
• Work with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and offer tailored floral solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and increase sales with existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and track performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Provide recommendations on product offerings, service enhancements, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and events that showcase our floral arrangements.
• Assist in developing social media and content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-through.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the floral, interior design, hotel industry or event planning industries in UAE.
• Strong understanding of the indoor flower arrangement market and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Creative, with a keen eye for design and aesthetic trends.
• Strong networking abilities and experience working with corporate clients and event planners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Should have UAE Driving License & Own Car
