HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for Recruitment Specialists for one of its clients in the construction industry in UAE.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
No. of Positions: 04 (2 in Dubai and 2 in Sharjah)
Location: Dubai and Sharjah, UAE (Previous 5 Years Working Experience in UAE is Mandatory)
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies for sourcing fabricators and welders from India and UAE.
· Screen and select candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms.
· Coordinate interviews, trade tests, medical examinations, and documentations (visa applications, travel arrangements).
· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws during the recruitment process.
· Identify cost-effective recruitment strategies.
· Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate competitive rates with agencies and service providers.
· Continuously evaluate and improve cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality hires.
· Stay updated on UAE job market trends and industry requirements for white-collar roles.
· Utilize job portals and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
· Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks for white-collar candidates.
· Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
· Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other recruitment entities in the UAE.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
· Provide support to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, with expertise in blue-collar recruitment from India and UAE, and white-collar recruitment within the UAE.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
Proficiency in using job portals, recruitment consultancies, and professional networks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
