Online Quran Learnings (Quran Academy) is offering an exciting HR Internship with the potential to lead to a full-time position. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, specifically for Islamic teaching roles and IT-related positions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various job portals, focusing on Islamic teaching and IT roles.
• Support the shortlisting process and coordinate interview schedules.
• Assist in conducting and organizing interviews, including technical assessments.
• Help with teacher training and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with Islamic educational standards.
• Maintain employee documentation and assist with onboarding paperwork.
• Support IT-related job postings and coordinate technical interviews.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed Dars-e-Nizami, Tajweed courses, or a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Skills: Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Islamic studies, Quranic teachings, and HR recruitment processes.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 months of HR-related experience.
• Additional: Basic knowledge of IT recruitment is a plus.

Internship Details:

• Location: Johar Town, Lahore
• Duration: 3 Months (Leading to a Full-Time Job Based on Performance)
• Timings: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM
• Stipend: Rs. 15,000 – 20,000 per month (with potential for a permanent role after completion)
