Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for finding the right candidate for the right role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
- Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
- Source potential candidates using databases, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress using an ATS
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (in-house or agency)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
