Property Gulf (PGI Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C.), a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Female Sales Representative who is fluent in Hindi and English. The ideal candidate should have a background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build client relationships. This role requires a proactive professional who can engage with clients, drive sales, and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their property needs.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations with clients.
• Offer professional advice on real estate investments, sales, and rental opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Work with the marketing team to convert leads into successful property transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, legal requirements, and market developments.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple client portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate developers, property laws, and market trends.
• Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person meetings and property tours.
