Qualification & Experience :

Essential:

  • 16 years education from HEC recognized institute.
  • Fresh graduates can also apply

Desirable:

  • Higher qualification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange & facilitation in arranging students’ internships.
  • Facilitation in job placement.
  • Industrial collaboration. Draft, editing and negotiate terms and establish communication channels for MoUs between NUST, Industries and other academic organizations.
  • Coord for visits, recruitment drives from inside and outside NUST.
  • Interview venues selection for open-house conduct, conduct of industry personnel during open house, facilitating in conduct of interviews of students on open house day.
  • Coord for career development talks/sessions at MCS / NUST.
  • Coord / conduct mock interviews.
  • Close coordination with Dept ILOs MCS, NUST Placement Office (NPO) and Career Development Center (CDC) NUST.
  • Creating and maintaining a formal database of industrial partners and potential collaborations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Essential:

  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Should have good industrial linkages and communication skills.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
  • Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

  • 3rd division in terminal degree (last degree).
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST.
  • Medically unfit.
  • Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
  • Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
  • NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify / terminate the recruitment programme due to any reason, without notice, at any time.
