Job Purpose:
To support the Procurement Manager in driving efficient and strategic procurement operations across the retail pharmacy network. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, manufacturers, and branch managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate margins with distributors at above market-rates.
• Build relationships with distributors and manufacturers.
• Oversee franchise procurements.
• Liaise with branch managers nation-wide.
• Stay up to date with retail pharmacy trends.
• Suggest optimum product mix based on store location and size.
• Analyse data to improve demand planning at store-level nationwide.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of market trends in retail pharmacy is an advantage.
