Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Node.js and React, who also brings hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure. You’ll build and maintain modern web applications, while also supporting the setup and maintenance of essential IT systems — from network configurations to server and directory management.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both web development and IT systems management, ensuring both our digital products and internal tech operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Web Development (70%)

• Develop full stack web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs with React
• Manage application state, routing, authentication, and security
• Deploy and monitor web apps using tools like PM2, Docker, or CI/CD workflows
• Maintain version control (Git), write clean code, and document systems

IT Systems & Infrastructure (30%)

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and access points
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user access permissions
• Set up and troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, and local network infrastructure
• Provide support for server (Linux/Windows) installations and maintenance
• Assist with backups, patching, and endpoint security
• Handle hardware/software installation and end-user IT support when needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js
• Solid knowledge of:
• Networking basics – TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs
• Routers, switches, and wireless access point configuration
• Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and user/group permissions
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools
• Must be available to join immediately.
