Job Title: Assistant to CEO
Location: I-11/3, Islamabad
Position Type: Full-time, Onsite
Experience Level: 2–4 years preferred
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, administrative, and operational support to ensure seamless business operations and effective time management for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing documents.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure all sensitive information is handled with integrity.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support CEO in strategic planning, communication, and decision-making processes.
- Liaise with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
