Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative for international campaign”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service grades, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with international customers via emails/chats and calls
- Responding to customers with complaints and queries.
- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints via email or call.
- Can Manage night or overnight shift
- Strong support customer background.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Intermediate / Graduate / O/A Levels.
Skills:
- Strong command of verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Must be Fluent in English
- Email writing skills.
- Experienced in Customer Service ( international )
Timing : overnight / Night shift
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
