Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for a “Customer Support Representative for international campaign”. The ideal candidate must be capable of maintaining a good relationship with customers. The target is to ensure excellent service grades, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Communicate with international customers via emails/chats and calls
  • Responding to customers with complaints and queries.
  • Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or call.
  • Can Manage night or overnight shift
  • Strong support customer background.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years
  • Intermediate / Graduate / O/A Levels.

Skills:

  • Strong command of verbal and non-verbal communication.
  • Must be Fluent in English
  • Email writing skills.
  • Experienced in Customer Service ( international )

Timing : overnight / Night shift
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
