Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Case Management Specialist to join our team at our Karachi office. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on managing Amazon Seller Central cases and maintaining overall account health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all case logs within Amazon Seller Central
  • Submit appeals and draft Plans of Action (POAs) for listing suspensions, policy violations, and account issues
  • Track and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Resolve performance notifications and ensure the account remains compliant with Amazon’s policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all case-related activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect required evidence and improve issue resolution time

Requirements:

  • Prior hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central case management
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, account health metrics, and compliance requirements
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently

Preferred:

  • Experience with both FBA and FBM operations
  • Familiarity with tools or dashboards for monitoring account health
