Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primary Role: Managing customer inquiries primarily through email and chat support, with secondary responsibilities as directed by the floor supervisor.
  • Educate customers on DBS Solutions’ services and products.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate solutions via email.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience, fostering satisfaction and generating positive feedback.
  • Update customers on product offerings, new features, and announcements.
  • Maintain a low-effort, seamless customer support experience in email interactions.
  • Assist multiple customers simultaneously, providing quick and accurate service.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure critical issues are resolved.
  • Record new feature requests and keep detailed email support logs.
  • Foster a supportive, positive work environment within the team.
  • Use exceptional email support skills to address customer inquiries clearly and accurately.
  • Adapt to situations positively and with a problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (07:00 PM - 04:00 AM).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with excellent typing speed (90% accuracy or higher).
  • English Proficiency: Minimum of 50% accuracy in comprehension.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 years in customer service, ideally with international chat/email support experience (US/Australian customers preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to candidates with an O-Level or A-Level background or those who are highly proficient in English.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
