Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Healthcare

Location: JLT- Dubai
Salary: AED 4000 - 5000
Job Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to handle patient interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding test bookings, reports, and sample collection.
  • Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for urgent or priority reports.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure efficient data entry.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and provide clarity on service charges.
  • Handle patient complaints with empathy and escalate critical issues to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Lab Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pathology setting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written skills for patient interactions.
  • Medical Terminology Knowledge – Basic understanding of pathology and diagnostic tests.
  • Empathy & Patience – Ability to handle distressed patients professionally.
  • Multitasking – Capability to manage calls, emails, walk-in queries, and reports simultaneously.
  • Tech Proficiency – Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and MS Office is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
