We are looking For: BARISTA: Presentable appearance, highly experienced

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional drinks and coffee according to owners’ preferences.
• Keep attention to the principal and guests’ preferences on regular coffees and drinks.
• Offer new creative recipes frequently.
• Recreate recipes after suggestions of principal or guests.
• Answer any questions regarding ingredients and recipes.
• Notify manager of necessary repairs or security issues in their workspace.
• Collect and dispose the trash in their workspace.
• Provide to guest’s beverages in a short time after requested.
• Clean cups, glasses, coffee machine, pot used for drinks and coffees.
• Keep their working space clean and tidy.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables used for coffees and drinks.
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience as a coffee girl for 2 years and barista for 5 years.
• Attention to details.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Time management skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
