Job Title: Reservation Agent (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to manage yacht charter inquiries, bookings, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage high-end clientele with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming inquiries related to yacht charter bookings via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding availability, pricing, trip destinations, and yacht specifications
• Prepare and send charter proposals and confirmations
• Handle changes, cancellations, or upgrades to existing reservations
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and transactions in the system
• Follow up with clients pre- and post-charter to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to their reservations
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and front desk, to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in reservations, hospitality, or yacht charter industry (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Fluent in English and Russian Language is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation/CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
