Cold Caller (Night Shift: 9 PM - 5 AM)

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to generate leads and set up meetings for our sales team. This role involves making outbound calls, qualifying potential clients, and maintaining strong follow-ups to drive conversions. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company offerings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and status updates.
• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or cold calling preferred.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
• Comfortable working night shifts and making high-volume outbound calls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
