
We are looking for an Equestrian Officer and Teacher who is responsible for managing and overseeing all equestrian-related activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of both horses and riders.
This position also involves teaching equestrian skills to students, from beginners to advanced levels, and fostering an environment of learning and personal growth in horsemanship. The individual will provide instructional guidance, organize equestrian events, and promote the development of riding techniques and knowledge of equine care.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1. Strong experience in equestrian disciplines (riding, training, and horse care).
2. Certification or qualification in equestrian instruction (preferred)
3. Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages, from beginners to advanced riders.
4. First Aid certification and knowledge of emergency procedures related to equestrian activities.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Passion for horses and teaching, with a commitment to the safety and well-being of both horses and riders.
8. Experience in event planning or management.
9. Coaching certification in a specific equestrian discipline (e.g., dressage, show jumping, eventing).
10. Knowledge of equine behavior, training techniques, and the latest trends in the equestrian field.
Previous teaching experience in an educational or recreational setting.
