Meta Ads Specialist

Location: Faisal Town, LAHORE
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads

Pay: 75k - 80k per month

Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Meta’s ad platform, audience targeting, A/B testing, and data-driven campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI
• Conduct audience research & segmentation for precise targeting
• Develop ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies for high engagement
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports
• Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
• Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to enhance ad effectiveness

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads
• Proven track record of running high-performing ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel, Retargeting & Lookalike Audiences
• Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and budget management
• Familiarity with conversion tracking & attribution models
• Ability to adapt strategies based on data-driven insights
• Experience with International Clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in E-commerce, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing Agencies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite & Third-Party Ad Tools
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of ad copy & visuals
